Cancellation Policy
Appointment reminders will be sent in advance via text, email, or both. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required, but prefer a 48 hour window to reschedule or cancel an appointment, allowing us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost, while canceling the day of service will be charged at 100%.
A credit card is required for all clients or appointments at the time of booking; this card will only be charged if the above cancellation policy is violated. This policy ensures that both your time and our scheduling are respected
